These girls are so fun to have around. They play together and Phoenix is so good about helping her sister. Now that Ave is walking she is very protective and makes sure she doesn't fall down too hard. Ave is always ready to eat. She's just about finished an order of Chicken nuggets and fries. After she finished that, she finished off the Apples that Phoenix couldn't finish....What a chow hound. We walked with Aunt Cyndee and even Phoenix got 1/4 mile keeping ahead of us. After that She stood on the back of the stroller while Grandma pushed Ave along. We had a great time and didn't know how well Ave was walking. Auntie Cyndee and Grandma had fits when she would take 10 steps. We screamed and clapped and praised her, thinking this was the first steps she had been taking. Dad told us later, she's been doing this for the past week. On Monday, last week, she wasn't doing it at all at our house! Yay for Ave!

I can't believe she's walking already. I love the way big sisters take care of the little one. Makinley is just like that with Gentry. So cute!!
