Well, we are back from our 9 day visit with my kids and grandkids. We arrived Wednesday morning at 11:30 and went directly to my favorite Chinese restaurant Won Ton. We then went over to Lesli's to get settled. That evening we went to a show where we got to see Lesli and Christopher perform. On Thursday we went to Jakob's graduation from pre-school, which was so much fun. He did well and we made candy leis and flower leis for him to wear afterwards.
That evening Joanne planned a barbecue with everyone at their house. There were approximately 15 people there and it was perfect weather for it. Afterwards, Adam got on the guitar and Christopher on the drums and sang many songs for us. We even sang along on some of the songs. Then Lesli and Joanne danced as Adam and Chris sang, as well as to the music on a CD. Afterwards, we ventured to our favorite sing-a-long place, PAPS. We made sure that if anyone got tired, we would all go home (Lesli's rule). However, we sang and had so much fun, we closed down the place. That evening we didn't go to bed until 3:30 a.m.












Chris and Jurgita had us over on Friday evening, where they made ribs and hamburgers on the grill. It was so delicious and I think she made 4 salads to go along....it was so much food, and we found ourselves eating so much and all the time!














I rarely get me in a picture, so on this trip during family get togethers, Jurgita took pictures. I just wanted to show Kay I did go to Chicago, because in the past all the pictures were of everyone else......LOL
