HAPPY 29TH BIRTHDAY, IOSEFA

It was so very nice to go to dinner with Joe, Sarah and the girls last night to celebrate Joe's 29th birthday. It was so funny when he dropped the girls off in the morning, and I said "Happy 39th Birthday Joe", and his face changed like, "Mom, you ARE losing it"! I realized what I said and we both laughed. We met at Tepanyaki in Lehi and ate a fabulous dinner. Kay got lucky, and ordered chicken and shrimp and when the chef cooked it all, accidentally put steak on his plate as well. He had the biggest pile of food and ended up taking a box home. It should've been Joe, for his birthday! I am so proud of Joe and so happy he is still close by. I look back at the time when I was pregnant and when he was born. I can remember so much about those times. I can remember how after a few months of his birth, we all started calling him, "mush-mouth, bald-head, booger nose, stinky feet, chub chub, because he was all of these and more. All the kids absolutely took to Joe and no one could keep their hands off him. They all wanted to hold him and love him. He was a very special child to me, just because I knew he would be my last. He has never given me a moment's worry; oh yeah, except maybe the time he fell out of the back of his friend's truck, and we had to go to the hospital and help get the "road debris" off his back and bottom. He was always such a great kid. He has grown into a very loveable, funny, respectful man and makes a great father and husband, even holding his temper when Ave kicked him accidentally in the "you know where". I am amazed at his patience and understanding with his kids and even with me. Thank you Lord, for giving me this wonderful, loving man, I am proud to call my son. HE IS MY "SUPER SON"!
