We're off on our "anniversary trip" tomorrow morning bright and early. We were planning to ride down on the bike, but have changed our minds. We want to do some "rock hunting" for our yard and so we've changed plans. We are both looking forward to our trip, and it's a trip we well deserve. We've had a grueling past two months, dealing with paperwork for Kay's mom, who is now in a rest home. She isn't doing well, and it seems there is always some minor hangup causing us to be rejected from Medicaid. I think we have it down now and in speaking with the case manager, she says we've done all we have to do, and now they should pick her assistance up beginning October 1. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you. We can go down to Bryce without as much stress as we have felt over the past months. I look forward to being with my hubbie and then going to his sisters to stay and visit with them; and yes, get on the 4-wheelers and take off into the wild deserts around Bryce. It's absolutely beautiful there and we always have fun with them!
